Tracy A. Vroom
Tracy Agyemang Vroom is an employment attorney who, in 2020, divested from conversations on risk mitigation and leaned into counseling leaders on the equity and inclusion lens. As a JEDI Counsel (JEDI: Justice Equity Diversity | Inclusion), Tracy’s work propels public and private sector leaders (at institutions such as the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Justice, Fortune 100 orgs; and nimble nonprofit orgs and startups) on both employment law and HR compliance, and, equity best practices.
Tracy founded her eponymous consulting company and later developed a partnership with a national DEI Lab out of her desire to talk about what matters: the lived experiences of humans and their communities.
Her mission is to foster restoration and accessibility in public spaces and workplaces.
Tracy is based in Cincinnati with her husband, Ebow and “the Kids” : their energetic daughter and their crazy black goldendoodle.
