The Problem
Great humans want to work for great companies.
The enduring values of great organizations are embedded in their corporate culture. That culture fuels everything: recruiting & hiring practices, praise & recognition, promotions, leadership decisions, and access to resources.
We see so many institutions lose access to strong contributors--through attrition or sapped motivation--because highly talented individuals feel undervalued and under-utilized.
Existing team norms may not achieve the flow state that happens when humans get to show up authentically. Due to intrinsic or even in some orgs: openly-espoused biases, there may be blockers between perceived vs. lived experiences.
The best workplaces, the ones setting JEDI benchmarks, are those that offer both physical and remote work spaces that are rich with dignity, integrity, respect, and equity
