IMAGINE CREATING

A WORKPLACE CULTURE OF

FREEDOM & TRUST

Mission:

Improve workplaces so that people can develop their talents and interests in positive work environments.

Start With Why. ~Simon Sinek

Tracy Vroom’s work is based on her core belief that the quality of the experiences of our aunties, cousins, and friends depends on the concerted effort of their organizations to invest in developing their talents and interests in positive work environments. Tracy’s work is to create and nurture that effort. An employee’s value should be reflected not only in her compensation but—perhaps more importantly—in an organization’s investment in retaining, developing, and promoting her. It’s clear from the research that when an employee’s dedication to her work is cultivated and deepened, the organization wins. And hey, if that results in making companies a ton of money by uncovering ways to match the billion dollar market of multicultural clients and consumers, so be it!
