Comprehensive Workplace Investigations by a Skilled Team

With over two decades of combined legal experience, our team is dedicated to conducting thorough, impartial workplace investigations. Led by a former federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) and U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ), we bring a wealth of experience handling complex cases such as discrimination, harassment, wage disputes, and compliance issues.

Our team has advised major organizations and school districts, ensuring that our investigations are legally sound, time-sensitive, and in full alignment with organizational policies. Whether addressing allegations of misconduct or policy violations, our experienced professionals provide objective, thorough investigations designed to protect both your employees and your organization.

We understand the importance of restoring workplace harmony while adhering to legal standards. Our methodical approach ensures that all concerns are addressed and that outcomes are fair and equitable. We propel workplace cultures with the JEDI mindset.

To attract great humans . . .

Great companies are unusual and curious.

  • Do your practices nourish fertile growth (justice + inclusion)?

  • Do growth mindsets have spaces to flourish (equity + diversity)?

  • JEDI = Justice Equity Diversity + Inclusion

Great humans work for great companies.

When your org practices align with your org values in every step of the employee life-cycle from hiring to retirement, your values are embedded in:

  • recruiting & hiring;

  • praise & recognition;

  • promotions;

  • leadership decisions; and

  • access to resources.

When humans find alignment, we stick around.

The generational divide problem is an illusion.

  • Millennials

  • Gen-Zers

  • Gen - Alpha

All have the potential to be strong contributors when they feel valued.

Teams lose great people through sapped motivation.

The best orgs achieve flow-state when humans get to show up authentically—and

JEDI happens when equity and integrity align.

Values Alignment

We identify barriers to connection.

We focus on repair.

We support restoration, accessibility, and transparency in workplaces.

We respect strict-confidentiality and the sensitivity of employee matters.

That’s Alignment.

The Chinese use two brush strokes to write the word ‘crisis.’ One brush stroke stands for danger; the other for opportunity. In a crisis, be aware of the danger — but recognize the opportunity.
